Wrap Around Care

The Wrap Around Care Club (WACC) is based within the school, that provides care for children before and after school. We care passionately about providing high standards and a safe and comfortable environment for our children where they can relax and enjoy the many activities that we have on offer.

Admissions

Each year our waiting list opens in September, for Reception admissions the following September. Places are then confirmed during May following the completion of the School Admissions process. Please note; This is a lengthy process and so it is not possible to inform everyone on the waiting list on the same day, this process usually takes us the full month, and we aim to respond to everyone by the end of May/ start of June.

To enter your child on the list, please complete a Registration Form (listed above) and send it to the Wrap Around Care Club email address. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, your child will then be put on the waiting list. Please remember to include on the Registration Form if your child has any older siblings at the school who are in the WACC. The club will then use the waiting list to allocate sessions. If you are not successful in gaining a place straight away, we do advise leaving your child on the list in case a space comes up in the future. If you have any problems accessing the documents electronically, please contact us and we can provide a hard copy.

If you already have a child at the school and require a place at the Wrap Around Care Club, please contact us to find out if there are any places available. If we are fully booked, you will be added to a waiting list for the required sessions.

Waiting Lists

Afterschool Club is currently split into two rooms, Reception and Year 1, and Years 2 to 6. Therefore, we operate a waiting list for each room. Waiting lists are reviewed in order of our admissions policy, and the date that you enter the waiting list, will be the date that your full registration pack is received. Please note; without a completed registration pack, we are unable to place you on the waiting list.

Please be aware that your position on the waiting list may move up and down throughout the year, based on the admissions policy.
