Attendance

Welcome to the Attendance pages of the Hagley Primary School website. Hopefully you will find the following sections useful. If you require further information regarding planned absence and general attendance please contact:

The school gates are open from 8.30a.m and the school day begins at 8.45am.

Parents/carers are asked to ensure punctual drop off and collection to and from school

In the event of late arrival the procedure is as follows:

  • Up to 9.00am children must enter school via the Lych Gate
  • Children entering between 8.45am – 9.00am must give their names to the member of staff on duty at the gate so that we can be sure the children are safely in school
  •  (This list is collected for the safety of the children)
  •  After 9.00am children must enter via the main office entrance
  • Children must be signed in at the main office by a parent/carer (unaccompanied children must give their name to the office receptionist who will sign them in)
